Meet Fitness Mentor Daniel Tapia!

Daniel is a certified fitness instructor, who resides and trains in Southern Texas. During his first year of college, Daniel gained over 40lbs. Recently diagnosed with weight induced asthma, Daniel was tired of the fatigue and feeling depressed. Daniel made a commitment to start eating healthier.

Soon after, Daniel began to lose weight. Daniel added exercise to his routine and he took classes on fitness and nutrition. Soon, many of Daniel’s classmates were looking to Daniel for advice on how to eat healthier. Daniel loved helping others and he decided fitness was his passion!

Daniel took classes and became certified as a fitness instructor through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Tapia Fit was born.

Five years later, Daniel has been coaching and training individuals to live healthier lives. Daniel conducts one-on-one training near his home in Texas. Daniel also conducts Skype training for women from all over the country.
