Author Shellie Bowdoin struggled with living a healthy lifestyle most of her life. Shellie struggled with the up and down rollercoaster of yo- yo dieting.
Shellie finally learned how to establish mindful eating habits to help her lose 30 pounds and keep it off for good. By journaling about food for fifty days, Shellie began her weight loss journey and the inspiration to write the book – “Find Your Weigh.”
