Today we meet our resident Yoga and Meal Planning Mentor, Karen Petersen. Karen lives in Daytona Beach, FL. She is an author, success coach, owner of Blue Moon Yoga and Fitness, and she also has a meal preparation business.
Karen also has a very personal story of weight loss, having struggled through self-sabotage to lose over 100 pounds. Karen knows that the mind and body connection is an absolutely critical part of any weight loss journey.
